Pag is the fifth-largest island in Croatia, known for its magical stone landscape. Pag has a unique coastline that spans over 270 km long, rich with coves, bays, beaches, and capes. Before you rent a boat in Pag and sail the longest coastline on the Adriatic, you can visit the main town which offers ancient monuments, culinary delights, and a dose of entertainment. For centuries, the local people have been producing salt, which was the reason for the most important economic growth of the city. Thanks to the Bura winds from the Velebit channel, large volumes of sea salt are sprinkled all over the island’s vegetation. The Pag sheep feed on the salted plants and produce milk and cheese with a unique flavor and aroma, which is why the ‘Pag cheese’ is one of the symbols of the island. Today, the Museum of Salt still stands, where storehouses were built back in the 16th century. Pag is also known for its lace-making tradition, which was believed to have started in the Renaissance period. Every June, the town of Pag hosts an International Lace Festival, which offers visitors a gloom of the past. Once you have had your fair share of fun in the town, you can rent a boat in Pag and enjoy sailing in one of the most attractive islands of the Adriatic.

With your boat tours in Pag, you can find a place where nature drifts away from the fast pace of life. Your first choice for a sailing holiday on the island can be Novalja, a perfect destination for outdoor activities. In the immediate vicinity, you will find some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Zrće Beach is a No.1 party destination where guests can enjoy hosting a party onboard a catamaran with over 30 guests with some of the best international DJs. The beach was also awarded the blue flag award in 2003 and is particularly popular among young club-goers. South of the center of Pag, Gajac is a tourist resort with numerous restaurants you can also make a stop to. During your cruise, you can also moor your boat in Simuni, which has one of the most beautiful marinas in the Adriatic. Simuni Beach near the marina is ideal for family vacations and is located close to the city. You may also enjoy a day cruise to Lun, known for its wild olive groves on the northernmost side of the island. Near Lun, you will find “Kunfin” which divides the island into two parts and used to serve as a boundary between Rab and Zadar. If you are looking for some of the most popular beaches on the island, you can cruise the entire coast of Bošana with a motor yacht. Paski Bay, Dubrava Beach in Rozin Bok Bay, and Bosana Beach in Biograd Na Moru are excellent choices.

Your boat excursions in Pag may also be combined with the nearby islands of the Kvarner Archipelago. You may head away from the coast and visit Maun, Skra, Olib, Losinj, and Rab for example. By renting a sailboat, you can have a comfortable week cruise and let the beauty of the crystal clear waters win your heart forever.
