When arrived, the boat was all messy and completely not prepared to welcome us, with random items lying around where they’re not supposed to. Basic amenities were not there - like trash bags or towels. Skipper was amateur and poor attitude, relaxed in unprofessional way, couldn’t anchor the boat properly, didn’t know the boat himself. Was late to arrive and late to drop us off at our final destination, which caused us additional problems
