Guests makes me responsible for bad weather (act of god), boat didn't start - would have given him a full refund, but he preferred a replacement boat, which I organised on short notice, not he still complains, e.g. about the weather, the boat, etc. - he could have simply taken a full refund, now I paid for a more expensive boat for him as a replacement so he gets to have a nice boat day and it is still not good enough for him. Robert is a very nasty person!
